Mungkin satu dua tahun lagi kita akan mewujudkan impian kita, masing-masing menemukan keindahan atas kerja keras selama ini, semua tantangan, kesulitan, pelajaran kehidupan yang kita dapatkan akan selalu kita gunakan untuk bertahan menghadapi semua. Hari kedepan yang akan kita hadapi tidaklah semudah yang pernah kita dapatkan disini, akan lebih sulit, menantang dan memerlukan segenap kekuatan hati dan jiwa. mengakhiri masa lajangnya, ada yang sudah punya momongan, ada yang sudah wisuda, ada yang sudah mulai meniti karirnya,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(153, 51, 153);font-size:100%;" &gt;&lt;span style="font-family: lucida grande;"&gt;Suasana hening sejenak ketika diputarkan slide sederhana, foto kita waktu smp dulu, ada yang masih culun, polos, ah ... suasana smp itu begitu indah ...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(153, 51, 153);font-size:100%;" &gt;&lt;span style="font-family: lucida grande;"&gt;                          Terkadang terbesit rasa ingin mengulangi saat-saat itu lagi, yaah .. mungkin sesaat saja.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(153, 51, 153);font-size:100%;" &gt;&lt;span style="font-family: lucida grande;"&gt;Diakhir acara, diputuskan reuni ini akan diadakan seterusnya sampai kita beranak cucu nanti, dipilih juga penanggungjawab tiap وأخذ هاذ الكلام عن الجعد بن درهم . وأنه نفي عن الله الصفات التى تؤدى الى تشبيهه بمخلوقاته.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify; تاريخ الجعد ايضا انهما لقيا فى الكوفية .وان جهما تعلم من اراءه واخد نشرها فتكون اراء الجعد كما راوى مؤرخ الحل هى :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span dir="ltr" style="font-size: كالكلام وضدذالك ايضا كالبكم ,فلا يقال "الله متكلم " كما لا يقال&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;" الله ابكم " لان كلا الوصفين يصح ان يتصف بهما البشر وظن ان قوله بخلق القران&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;نشأ نتيجة لرأيه ف انكار صفة الكلام ,كذالك معتزلة بمثل هذا.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: &amp;quot;Traditional Arabic&amp;quot;;" lang="AR-SA"&gt;كان معتزلة تعليلهم خلاف هذا التعليل ,حيث انهم يرون ان القران حادث ولا يصح ان يتصف الله سبحانه بالحوادث كما لا يصح ان يكون القران قديما لانه لاقديم الا الله سنرى هذا عند الكلام على المعتزلة .&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: &amp;quot;Traditional Arabic&amp;quot;;" lang="AR-SA"&gt;ومن اين لجبيريين بمثل هذا اراء ؟ لا يمكن ان يكون مصدرها الكتاب والسنة ,الذين هما المصدران العقيدة الصحيحة عند المسمين . &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: &amp;quot;Traditional Arabic&amp;quot;;" lang="AR-SA"&gt;اذا نظرنا الى قوله بالتعطيل نجد بتعارض مع ما صرح به القران ,ومن وصف الله سبحانه وتعالى بأوصاف كثيرة . واذا نظرنا الىما ذهب اليه القول بالجبر ,فراى ان القران ما قطع فى شئ من هذا. فلم يقول ان الانسان مجبور كما لم يقل انه مختار . وانما بعض اية يدل على الجبرى وبعضها يدل على الإختيار&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: &amp;quot;Traditional Arabic&amp;quot;;" font-family: &amp;quot;Traditional Arabic&amp;quot;;" lang="AR-SA"&gt;و اما رأيه الذى راه فى القران ,وهو انه مخلوق, فلم يتعرض الكتاب او السنة له .ولم يصفه بانه مخلوق, او غير مخلوق حادث او قديم.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: &amp;quot;Traditional Arabic&amp;quot;;" lang="AR-SA"&gt;فى كتاب "شرح العيون" يروى لنا ان الجعد (مؤسس الجبرية ) اخذ ذلك " القول بخلق القران" من ابان بن سمعان , واخذه ابان من طالوت بن اخت اعبم اليهودى الذى ينجح النبى ص. م.وكما يقول بخلق القران ,وكان طالوت زنديقا ,وهو اول من صنف لهم فى ذلك ,ثم اظهر الجعد بن درهم .&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: &amp;quot;Traditional Arabic&amp;quot;;" lang="AR-SA"&gt;فان صحة هذه الرواية فإن مصدر هذه الاراء عن اصحاب الديانات الأخر ى الأمم الداخلية عل الإسلام و المسلمين. وليس اصلها من المصدريين الاصليين لعقيدة الاسلمية ,ومع اننا تعرف ان مثل هذه اراء دخيلية على المسلمين ,فسنرى عند الكلام على المعتزلة .ان بعضا من خلفاء المسلمين اعتقد مثل هذه الاراء التي من بينهمما (القول بخلق القران ) حتى فسق من لم يقل بهما من المسملمين ولتقبل شهادته , وبعضا اخر عذب فى سبيلها كثيرا من علماء المسلمين.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 18pt;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: center; direction: rtl; lang="AR-SA"&gt;هذا المذهب اسسه غيلان الدمشقى ومعبد بن الجهمى وكان مروان مولى لعثمان بن عفان وهو فى دهره العالم والزاهد وكثير الدعاء الى الله و التوحيد وعدله .&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: &amp;quot;Traditional Arabic&amp;quot;;" lang="AR-SA"&gt;قلنا ان سبق هذه المذاهب فى عصر بنى امية نشأ مذهبان متقابلان فى الرأي أى فى الحكم على افعال الانسان : احدهما بقول&lt;span style=""&gt;   &lt;/span&gt;: ان الانسان مجبور لا اختيار له , وهو مذهب الجبر وصاحبه (جهم بن صفوان ) &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: &amp;quot;Traditional Arabic&amp;quot;;" lang="AR-SA"&gt;وثانيا&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;: يقول ان الا نسان مختار فى افعاله حر ارادة ,وهو مذهب الإختيار , وصا حبه غيلان الدمشقى ,ولقد فرعنا منالكلام على اصل نشأت مذهب الجبرى وصاحبهم. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: &amp;quot;Traditional Arabic&amp;quot;;" lang="AR-SA"&gt;اما اراؤه لكلامية فإنه يقول بإختيار اى ان العبد قادر على افعال نفسه فهو الذى يأتى الخير بإرادته وقدرته ويترك الشر او يفعله بإختبار ه ايضا وليس للقدر سلطان عليه ولقوله هذا عده ابن المرتضى من الطبقة الرابعة للمعتزلة .&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: &amp;quot;Traditional Arabic&amp;quot;;" lang="AR-SA"&gt;واما رأيه فى القران : فهو كرأي جهم فى ان القران مخلوق و ليس قديما , واما رأيه قى الصفات : وهو مثل المعتزلة فى الذهاب الى نفي الصفات الثبوتية كا لعلام والقدرية ,والإرادة اى ان هذه الصقات عيت الذات وليست غيرها ولذا دعاه الأشاعرة " بالتعطيل " واما المعتزلة فإنهم يقولون " انه كان يقولون بتوحيد الله وعدله ,ومعنى التعطيل فى تعبير الأشاعرة نفى الصفات واما معنى التوحيد عند المعتزلة فهو عدم القول بأن الصفات الثبوتية خير الذات بل هي عينها .&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;      &lt;p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: يكون هناك فرق بين المحسن والمسئ .ولو صرح بان الإنسان له الاختيار المطلق للإنسان كما انه يكذب الاختيار المطلق له . لكن مامدى هذا الجبر .&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p lang="AR-SA"&gt;ان القران الكريم يعبر عنه تعبرا كليا بحيث لا يحرج به الي احد الجانبيين , او ينص فيه احد طرفين ,فمشكلة الجبري مشكلة صعبة علي الانسان ادراكها , وهي دائما محل خلاف عند ارباب الديانات وعند الفلاسفة , وم يقطع فيها برأي ,فواقف القران فيها عند هذا الحد ,وإنما عبر عنها بآية المختلفة , وتدل بمجموعاتها علي ان للإنسان اختيار بمقدار . &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p من الامم الأخرى ,وان الاحتياز الي احد الطرفين اي الي الجبر المطلق . قد اتي الى المسلمين من هذه الامم ,ولم يأتهم من مصدر عقيدتهم وهو القران : لأننا عرفنا رأي القران ي هذا ,وانه ما قطع في هذا الطرفين يحكم ولا نص علي رأى ,لما قلنا وبعدا ن الجدال الكلام ,و النقاشي اللفظي الذي وقع فيه المتكلمون , ولو تدبر كلا منها يريده الآخر لما طال هذا النقاش واما وقع ذلك الجمع بين لآيات المتعارضة في الجبر والاختيار , وان العبد لا هو جبري مطلقا ولا هو مختارا مطلقا ,وانما الجمع بينهما إن صح التعبير ,وعبر الشيح ابن تيمة هذه القضية بقوله : للعبد قدرة وارادة وفعل ووهبه الله له,لتكون افعاله حقيقة لا مجازا ,ومع اعتقاده بان الله خا لق كل شئ . &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt; LAW&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 27pt; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; font-family: lucida grande;"&gt;It might be useful to have a quick glance at the history of the development of Islamic law. In the lifetime of the Prophet (SAW ), the law could be enacted and amended by divine revelation and any disputes or problems that could be referred to him for solution. After his demise, the law could not be developed further through divine inspiration since the medium of Divine communication was no more. If any problems, arose the Muslim had to solve them by reference to the Qur'an or the Sunnah. It was the practice of the early caliphs to try arrive at solution through discussion and consensus among those best fitted to do so. Practical problems received their practical solutions. The caliph n power took an active role in the deliberations. When once a solution was arrived at, it became binding on other Muslim. The early caliphs never tried to dictate or impose their wills, In many cases the caliphs were told that the solutions they proposed were contrary to the teachings of Islam, and they accepted the criticism and at under the circumstances. The practice of the Muslims thus conformed to the teachings of Islam.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 27pt; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; font-family: lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 27pt; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; font-family: lucida grande;"&gt;After the time of the early caliphs, there came a time when the development of Islamic law came to be divorced from its practice. The Umawi caliphs, for the most part, left the administration of Islamic law to the state officials, the qadis, not all of whom were qualified to exercise the duty of ijtihad. The result was that the law that was administered by the qadis ceased to draw its inspiration from Islamic law. Practice diverged from theory, and it became dangerous to rely on the practice of the Muslims as a mirror of the conscience of Islam. The scholar of Islam criticized the administration of the law and in the process built up their own system of theoretical law.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 27pt; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; font-family: lucida grande;"&gt;Thus the law was developed by scholar jurist rather than by judges or by an executive in power. This meant that Islamic law had no longer the advantage of&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;the Muslims experience of living and marrying, of buying and selling, and contracting. This explains why the student f Islamic law or a Qadi today seeks the normative injunction of Islamic law not in the decisions of the courts or the rulings of the executive power but in the theoretical writings of scholar jurist. There is of course a " silver lining, namely " that the efforts of scholar jurist have helped to preserve Islamic law and to keep in free from the influence of secular rulers and their agents, even when these were Qadis. For this we should be grateful to the scholar jurist. They have left a vast treasure of learning as an inheritance to us. It is for us to learn how to use it.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 27pt; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; font-family: lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 27pt; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; font-family: lucida grande;"&gt;In the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries, the Muslims came under the influence of the Europeans. Most Muslims countries lost their independence. Executive, legislative and judicial power came to be influenced or exercised by the Europeans. European code and system of law were substituted for Islamic law and for centuries the law of the land was exercised, by decree of the colonialist rulers. In the Arab countries, European commercial, criminal, and civil codes were adopted. In &lt;st1:country-region st="on"&gt;&lt;st1:place st="on"&gt;Turkey&lt;/st1:place&gt;&lt;/st1:country-region&gt;, after an attempt to codify the Theoretical civil law, the whole of the Muslim law was abandoned in favor of a European code. In &lt;st1:country-region st="on"&gt;&lt;st1:place st="on"&gt;India&lt;/st1:place&gt;&lt;/st1:country-region&gt;, the Penal Code, Evidence Act, Contract act, and others were enacted, again to replace Muslim law. In most cases, Muslim governments and people are still trying t adjust to this invasion of foreign legal systems and practices. The result, however, are still far from satisfactory.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 27pt; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; font-family: lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: lucida grande;"&gt;In some Arab countries, attempts have been made to replace the European codes more compatible with Islamic law. New civil codes were promulgated in &lt;st1:country-region st="on"&gt;Egypt&lt;/st1:country-region&gt;, &lt;st1:country-region st="on"&gt;Libya&lt;/st1:country-region&gt;, and &lt;st1:country-region st="on"&gt;&lt;st1:place st="on"&gt;Iraq&lt;/st1:place&gt;&lt;/st1:country-region&gt;. More recently, attempts are being made in a number of Muslim countries to reintroduce Islamic criminal law. Muslim scholars everywhere feel that they should return to that law.
